A) How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you place an order on our website, our system begins processing it almost immediately.

  • Your item then goes through a strict quality check before being handed over to our courier partner.

  • Each item is securely packed and dispatched through our trusted delivery network.

  • In case your address falls in a location not served by our courier partners, our team will get in touch with you to arrange an alternative solution.

 


 

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to ship products within 7–10 working days. Orders are dispatched throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Please Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions, shipments may face delays due to courier dependencies. Rest assured, we will do our best to deliver your product at the earliest and appreciate your patience.

Fabstreet ships to every corner of India, so you can enjoy your order from the comfort of your home.

C) Are there any shipping charges?
No, we offer free shipping across India.

D) Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.

E) Are there any charges for COD?
No, there are no additional charges for COD.

F) How are orders packaged?
We take extra care to ensure your products are delivered in perfect condition. Each item is securely packed in sturdy packaging to prevent damage. So far, we’ve received minimal complaints regarding packaging issues.

G) Can I modify the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can update your shipping address before your order is shipped by contacting our customer support team at fabstreet2025@gmail.com.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to change the address, a reshipping charge of INR 150 will apply.

 


 

International Shipping

Fabstreet also ships internationally, primarily via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex. We provide cost-effective shipping options for our global customers.

  • Taxes & Duties: These are calculated based on your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, and local taxes (if any). Payment of these charges is required to release your order from customs.

Exchanges & Returns: Please note, international orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
